Water Truck Operator (CDL Required) - Solar Projects

Fort Summer / Clovis Area | Locals Preferred

Moss Solar, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Water Truck Operators with a valid CDL to support our growing solar projects at the Windy Lane location. Local candidates are preferred. If you have experience operating commercial vehicles and can handle physical labor in various weather conditions, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely operate a water truck to control dust and maintain site conditions on solar project sites
* Perform routine watering of roads, work areas, and excavation zones
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
* Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members
* Assist with general labor duties as needed, including site cleanup and material support
* Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:

* Valid CDL required
* Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or heavy equipment experience (construction or solar preferred)
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hours a day
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat)
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
* Pre-employment drug test required
* Other duties as assigned

Pay:

$24/hr, based on experience
