What to Expect We are looking tohirean experiencedTest Engineerfor ourHigh VoltageDistributionReliability Test team.AsaTest Engineer, you will work with a passionate and multi-disciplinary group of engineers while learning how to build and use hardware and software solutions tovalidate high voltage distribution componentsto rigorous internal and automotive-industry standards. This role influencesproduct designthroughreliabilityrisk identification and testing.We startat early concept phases, going through product development and launch, and continuingintomass production.The candidatewillbe responsible fordeveloping test plans,designingand implementingfixtures and automated testers,testingsamplesto failure,reportingonfindings, helping root cause failures cross-functionally, and pushing for design changes. We areinterested in candidates withover 5years ofrelevantexperience,with priority given tocurious and driven engineersthat have aproventrack recordofstrongtechnicalproblem solving,leadership,communication,andcross-functionalcollaboration.
