As a Wealth Client Services Leadat First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Planning, Trust, Investment Management team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in prioritizing and implementing new product and service initiatives within Wealth.
• Leads the onboarding and new-hire training of Profit Center Wealth Associates
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to enhance workflows and service delivery.
• Create and maintain wealth processes, procedures, and documents for Profit Center Wealth Associates.
• Assists Profit Center Wealth Associates with more complex interactions involving complex/uncommon account structures, unique situations, and trouble shooting issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Wealth products and services for operational and profit center teams.
• Participate in change management and field integration activities.
• Participate in multiple projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support audit remediation efforts.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000/YR

Job Classification:Full-Time Exempt
