About the Role Are you passionate about keeping complex systems mission-ready? In this role, you'll serve as a key logistics and sustainment partner to senior leadership and program teams, supporting the full spectrum of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements for advanced weapons systems. Working closely with the Senior Logistics Manager, Program Office leadership, and subject matter experts, you'll help ensure systems are designed, supported, and sustained for long-term success. From acquisition through sustainment, your work will directly impact readiness, reliability, and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day logistics and sustainment support to the Senior Logistics Manager and Program Office leadership.
Support Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, including material readiness, systems engineering, propulsion and power, and technical data. Analyze and define logistics requirements, resources, and sustainment strategies for weapons systems. Develop, evaluate, and improve logistics support and maintainability programs and plans. Perform systems acquisition, life-cycle cost (LCC), budgetary, and financial analyses related to sustainment. Support reliability and maintainability (R&M) program planning, testing, and execution. Assist with hardware and software standardization and compatibility efforts. Conduct IPS and R&M program management analyses and evaluations. Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and financial data. Develop, review, and validate documentation for automated logistics and maintenance reporting systems. Contribute to management information systems and data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Experience
3 to 10 years of full-time experience in operational logistics support or maintenance engineering. At least 3 years of experience conducting technical analysis of Integrated Product Support (IPS) requirements. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational logistics planning. Demonstrated experience performing IPS studies, analyses, and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems and equipment.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and apply complex technical and financial data. Experience working in cross-functional, program office environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
