Job Title: Technical Development Manager - Enterprise ApplicationsReporting To: Director, Digital ExecutionWork Schedule: Hybrid - Buffalo, NYMoog's IT Applications Development Team is looking for a Technical Development Manager - Enterprise Applications! In this role you will lead and operate the enterprise applications portfolio to deliver reliable, secure, and business-aligned services. You will own and execute application lifecycle management across the portfolio, achieve and sustain Level 4 maturity, embed AIassisted software development, and systematically reduce technical debt. You will lead a team of Technical Staff and Development Partners, operating within a SAFe environment to execute using Continuous Exploration and Continuous Delivery practices. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
