The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key support role in bringing digital marketing strategies to life, ensuring platforms, campaigns, and content are set up accurately and run smoothly.

Prioritizing a high quality, consistent user experience across owned digital channels, this role works closely with marketing, loyalty, analytics, creative, IT, and customer support teams to assist with campaign setup, segmentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

This position is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn more about executing across digital communications platforms. The right candidate is a detail-driven problem solver and digital systems thinker, with hands-on experience in managing the moving pieces in campaign execution.

How You'll Make an Impact

Segmentation & Campaign Execution

* Work toward power-user status of customer data platform: Build, test, and launch targeted campaigns across email, app, website, and push channels.

* Use customer data and segmentation tools to turn audience strategies into actionable targeting opportunities.

* Ensure campaigns are set up accurately, including audience counts, targeting logic, and suppression rules, to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.

* Manage digital campaign schedules, ensuring communications campaigns and related content activate on time across all digital channels.

* Review and test campaigns across devices and channels to confirm content renders correctly and delivers a consistent customer experience.

Platform Management & QA

* Support the day-to-day customer experience of digital marketing platforms including website, app, email, CMS and in store digital signage.

* Publish and maintain digital content (landing pages, banners, promotions), ensuring accurate setup to support campaigns and business priorities.

* QA campaigns, content updates, and platform releases prior to launch.

* Troubleshoot campaign delivery, segmentation, or rendering issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

* Maintain platform standards and documentation to support scalable execution.

* Manage SEO updates including meta data, tagging, and search visibility checks.

* Work with external partners to adjust broken user experiences.

Data, Reporting & Optimization

* Generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports related to campaign performance, platform health, and customer engagement.

* Monitor campaign performance and segmentation effectiveness.

* Produce post-campaign summaries and operational reports.

* Monitor search health, indexing, and data feeds for e-commerce.

* Identify patterns or recurring issues to improve efficiency and prevent future errors.

About You

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign management, or similar role.

* Experience with content management systems. Bloomreach and Django are considered a plus.

* Exposure to marketing automation tools, rewards/loyalty platforms, or e-commerce systems preferred.

* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

* Technical proficiency with digital marketing platforms (CMS, app management, e-commerce, rewards, and campaign tools).

* QA & troubleshooting mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.

* Strong project coordination-able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

* Analytical thinking-comfortable working with data, reports, and technical systems.

* Collaboration & communication skills-able to bridge marketing, creative, and IT functions.

* Familiarity with SEO principles and website health monitoring tools (Google Search Console, etc.).

* Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and Google Tag Manager are a big plus.
