Overview of Position:

Streck is recruiting a Blood Collection Tube Machine Operator to work on our Labeling Team this summer. This position is responsible for assisting with all operations associated with the labeling of blood collection tubes (BCT). Perform BCT labeling tasks as defined in departmental work instructions in support of approved schedules. The position is also responsible for performing other duties as assigned by management.

The Primary Responsibilities include:



  • Strict adherence to established Quality Systems as they pertain to manufacturing activities.
  • Comply with all departmental and company safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Label BCT tubes according to work instructions and regulatory requirements to maintain product quality and compliance.
  • Maintain clean and organized conditions throughout daily operations.
  • Inspect and ensure the acceptability of all component materials prior to use.
  • Set up and prepare BCT labeling materials.
  • Operate equipment, make appropriate adjustments during the production run, and repackage BCT according to work instructions.


Requirements include:



  • High school diploma or GED education level required.
  • Must be dependable, well organized, and possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior machine operation experience is helpful.


Work Schedule:



  • 8-hour days - Monday through Friday flexible between 8:00 am-4:30 pm


Dress Code Requirements:



  • Casual - jeans and t-shirt


PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:



  • Medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Will be on feet 8hr/day, Standing and Walking
