Department OverviewGlobal Business Systems Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, providing deep analytical expertise to uncover business needs, assess opportunities, and enable data-driven decision-making. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, the Business Analyst guides requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and project delivery-ensuring business objectives are clearly translated into actionable plans. This role drives operational excellence by identifying process improvements, facilitating effective communication, and supporting the deployment of business solutions. They are a central resource for both day-to-day problem-solving and long-term business transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Target Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $135,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
