The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell's delivery groups across the company and the projects throughout the United States. The Construction & Manufacturing Team is responsible for providing the field management personnel, from the craft worker to the Project Superintendent. The Construction & Manufacturing Team also provides the team member with logistical support; including but not limited to establishing per diem rates, company trucks for superintendents, and the coordination of arrival for team members as needed on the project. The Construction & Manufacturing Team provides continual training for our team members to support their development from entry-level craft workers, via in-house/online courses, to local jurisdiction apprenticeship programs. Haskell assists with working your way up through the ranks, you'll find new ways to use both your mind and your hands to get the job done. Joining our Construction & Manufacturing Team will enable you to build the buildings on which people depend; collaborating with your team to overcome obstacles and fix problems on the job site using your skills. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team with a proven record of successful projects and managing large complex projects or multiple projects while overseeing the work of one or more project managers. Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Supervisara equipos de proyecto, presupuestos, cronogramas, subcontratistas y relaciones con clientes para garantizar resultados exitosos. Responsabilidades del Puesto: * Dirigir proyectos desde su inicio hasta su cierre * Desarrollar y administrar alcances, presupuestos, cronogramas y recursos del proyecto * Fungir como principal punto de contacto para clientes y partes interesadas * Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y consultores externos * Monitorear el desempeno del proyecto, las finanzas, los riesgos y el avance * Garantizar la seguridad, el control de calidad y el cumplimiento de los requisitos regulatorios y de la empresa * Gestionar contratos, ordenes de cambio y relaciones con subcontratistas * Dirigir reuniones de proyecto, reportes de avance y control de documentacion * Apoyar esfuerzos de desarrollo de negocios y propuestas cuando sea necesario * Capacitar y apoyar a gerentes de proyecto junior y miembros del equipo * Otras funciones asignadas Educacion/Experiencia: * Licenciatura en Ingenieria, Administracion de la Construccion, Negocios o campo relacionado (requerida) * Mas de 8 anos de experiencia progresiva en gestion de proyectos (requerida) * Certificacion PMP preferente Conocimientos, Habilidades, Licencias y Certificaciones: * Solido entendimiento de los principios y mejores practicas de gestion de proyectos * Habilidades comprobadas de liderazgo, comunicacion y organizacion * Fuertes habilidades de gestion financiera, presupuestos y programacion * Dominio de software de gestion de proyectos y Microsoft Office * Capacidad para gestionar multiples proyectos y prioridades simultaneamente * Fuertes habilidades de resolucion de problemas y toma de decisiones Factores Ambientales y/o Requisitos Fisicos: Este puesto normalmente se desempena en un entorno de oficina o modalidad hibrida con visitas ocasionales a proyectos o sitios de construccion. Debe poder estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar hasta 25 libras segun se requiera. Qualifications Dans ce role, vous dirigerez et gererez la planification, l'execution et la livraison de projets complexes dans plusieurs marches et disciplines. Vous superviserez les equipes de projet, les budgets, les echeanciers, les sous-traitants et les relations avec les clients afin d'assurer le succes des projets. Responsabilites du poste : * Diriger les projets de leur lancement jusqu'a leur cloture * Elaborer et gerer les portees, les budgets, les echeanciers et les ressources des projets * Agir a titre de principal point de contact pour les clients et les parties prenantes * Coordonner les equipes multidisciplinaires et les consultants externes * Surveiller la performance des projets, les finances, les risques et l'avancement * Assurer la securite, le controle de la qualite et la conformite aux exigences reglementaires et de l'entreprise * Gerer les contrats, les directives de changement et les relations avec les sous-traitants * Diriger les reunions de projet, les rapports d'avancement et la gestion de la documentation * Soutenir les activites de developpement des affaires et de propositions au besoin * Encadrer et soutenir les charges de projet juniors et les membres de l'equipe * Autres taches connexes Formation/Experience : * Baccalaureat en genie, en gestion de la construction, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe (requis) * Plus de 8 ans d'experience progressive en gestion de projets (requis) * Certification PMP souhaitee Connaissances, competences, permis et certifications : * Solide comprehension des principes et des meilleures pratiques en gestion de projets * Excellentes competences en leadership, en communication et en organisation * Solides competences en gestion financiere, budgetaire et en planification * Maitrise des logiciels de gestion de projet et de Microsoft Office * Capacite a gerer simultanement plusieurs projets et priorites * Solides competences en resolution de problemes et en prise de decision Facteurs environnementaux et/ou exigences physiques : Ce poste est generalement exerce dans un environnement de bureau ou hybride avec des visites occasionnelles sur des projets ou des chantiers.
