Job Description: OFFICE LOCATION: Fort Worth, Texas, United States SCOPE/CONTACTS: The primary function of the position is working with the SVP of Portfolio Management and the EVP of Commercial Banking on credit underwriting and post-closing/ongoing risk management of higher exposure loan relationships within the organization. Additional functions include collaboration with Corporate Lending, Credit Administration, Credit Analysis, and Loan Review teams to maintain high quality credit and risk management for the Bank's Loan Portfolio. The primary function is the origination support and ongoing risk management of higher exposure loan relationships to reduce the likelihood of significant losses due to defaults. Preferred experience includes loan structuring, closing, monitoring, and workout to ensure the loan portfolio is maintained with the highest level of oversight. The position would also partner with the Chief Credit Officer and Credit Administrators to build future middle market lenders within the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Portfolio Management
