This role supports the execution of integrated media campaigns with a strong focus on media operations, budget stewardship, and campaign workflow management. You will partner closely with Media Managers, Finance, and agency teams to keep campaigns moving accurately and on schedule through budget tracking, PO workflows, trafficking support, creative QA, pacing oversight, and reporting.

This is a hands on execution role for someone with media agency, ad operations, or media campaign support experience. It is not a brand marketing, content, or strategy role.

About the Role

We are seeking a Media Operations Specialist to support the execution of North America integrated media campaigns across Amazon Brand, Retail, and Prime initiatives. This person will play a critical role in campaign launch readiness, budget tracking, purchase order coordination, creative trafficking support, pacing oversight, and reporting across multiple media channels.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in media operations, ad operations, or media campaign execution and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support the execution of integrated media campaigns across video, digital, audio, mobile, OOH, and print channels
  • Manage media budget trackers, monthly spend updates, forecasts, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate purchase order requests, insertion order workflows, invoice approvals, and financial tracking with internal partners
  • Partner with Media Managers and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and run according to plan
  • Support campaign trafficking workflows, asset delivery, and creative QA across channels
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance, escalating issues and helping drive resolution
  • Maintain campaign documentation including trackers, spec sheets, trafficking details, and status updates
  • Assist with reporting and performance recaps by compiling campaign delivery and spend data
  • Work cross functionally with Media Managers, Finance, Budget Operations, and agency partners to keep execution aligned and accurate
  • Help identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency and campaign accuracy


Must Have Qualifications



  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in media operations, ad operations, campaign management, or media campaign execution
  • Media agency, publisher, or in house media team experience strongly preferred
  • Hands on experience with media campaign workflows including budget tracking, purchase orders, insertion orders, trafficking, creative QA, pacing, and reporting
  • Experience supporting cross channel media campaigns such as digital, video, audio, mobile, OOH, or print
  • Strong Excel skills including trackers, reconciliations, forecasting, and spend reporting
  • Familiarity with media and ad operations tools such as CM360, Nielsen, Comscore, DoubleVerify, MediaOcean, Innovid, or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience


Nice to Have Qualifications



  • Experience supporting large scale integrated media campaigns in the US and Canada
  • Familiarity with finance and budget workflows in a high volume media environment
  • Experience partnering with external media agencies and internal finance stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in highly execution focused environments with shifting priorities
