This will be a hybrid role so working between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters. We can not provide a relocation package at this time, so we ask that candidates already be local to HQ for success.
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven marketer to take charge of global partner marketing initiatives and scale demand through our diverse partner ecosystem, including VARs, MSPs, distributors, digital agencies, and major cloud marketplaces.

This position reports directly to the Global Partner Marketing Director and is responsible for leading creative partner engagement efforts and demand generation strategies, mainly across North America, Central and Latin America. Additionally, the role involves creating global frameworks and offering strategic advice to major stakeholders on partner marketing investments.
In this role, you will:
Global Strategy & Planning
  • Lead channel marketing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional execution.
  • Develop and maintain global partner marketing frameworks and ensure alignment with global GTM strategy.
  • Advise key stakeholders on strategic investments and emerging partner opportunities.

Program Leadership

  • Own end-to-end global partner marketing programs, including campaign development, enablement, and portal optimization.
  • Collaborate with regional and global product, sales, and campaign teams to develop partner-specific programs, materials, promotions, and other initiatives that support sales goals and encourage both pipeline growth and partner engagement.
  • Drive innovation in partner engagement by activating marketplaces (AWS, Azure) and managing co-marketing motions.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams and champion best channel marketing practices across the organization.
  • Work closely with marketing operations and other relevant teams to identify and implement enhancements on Partner Portal aimed at improving the partner's experience.

Performance & Insights

  • Establish global KPIs for partner success and ensure consistent measurement across regions.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports that summarize partnership achievements, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting with actionable insights to optimize partner performance and revenue contribution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on partner activities, with a specific focus on lead generation and pipeline contributions.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to shape the global partner marketing roadmap.

Your background:

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing with deep channel/partner experience.
  • Proven ability to lead global programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; adept at turning insights into action.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment across cultures, time zones and levels of seniority.
  • Open to occasional travel (domestic and international)
Base Salary Range: $91,800 - $113,400
This position is also eligible to participate in our performance based corporate bonus plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
