Job Summary


We're seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our in-office team on a full-time basis. This role is focused on outbound prospecting and scheduling product demos for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate is energized by making high volumes of calls, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to booking at least 5 qualified demos per week.


Hybrid Schedule MWF in office effective after 90-day onboarding period


Key Responsibilities



  • Make a high volume of outbound calls (cold and warm leads) to public safety agencies and decision-makers - 200 Outbound dials per week
  • Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture early-stage prospects
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Meet or exceed weekly demo booking goals - 5+ demos a week
  • Willingness to support regional sales events and conferences by helping with event prep, driving attendee engagement, and assisting with on-site needs as part of a team effort.


Requirements



  • Must be US Citizen
  • Previous experience in Federal sales, law enforcement, or SaaS roles preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Reliable and able to work in-office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
