Summary

The Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) supports the Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement function, with a focus on contract performance, supplier risk management, and corporate responsibility initiatives. This role leads the development and tracking of standardized KPIs for key suppliers, driving ongoing performance improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Sourcing & Procurement, the SRM oversees the supplier lifecycle, integrating ESG priorities and identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, innovation, and technology adoption. The role also benchmarks industry practices and shares insights with suppliers and internal stakeholders to strengthen overall supplier performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage supplier survey strategy, performance evaluations, and reporting aligned with performance standards and corporate responsibility goals

  • Partner with Sourcing Managers on RFx initiatives for software and professional services, identifying opportunities to increase spend with diverse suppliers

  • Manage contractual risks across complex projects and support the resolution of escalations

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate supplier performance, manage day-to-day relationships, and coordinate QBRs

  • Improve processes related to third-party and contingent workforce management

  • Review and maintain supplier records, including categorization, tiering, contacts, diversity classifications, and certification updates

  • Support contract management activities, including SLAs, MSAs, and SOWs

  • Incorporate sustainability objectives into supplier scorecards using defined benchmarks and performance targets

  • Analyze the supplier portfolio and recommend diverse suppliers through approved diversity platforms

  • Contribute to customer disclosures and questionnaires from a procurement and value chain perspective

  • Define and track supplier KPIs to support performance monitoring, contract renewals, and QBR discussions

  • Support and maintain the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement M&A framework

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant experience

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related function

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, Security, ESG, IT, and Accounting

  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, compliance requirements, contract negotiation, and ESG considerations

  • Experience in value chain management with demonstrated analytical capability

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience managing third-party contracts and improving related processes

  • Proven ability to identify strategic opportunities and recommend actions that strengthen organizational and supplier performance

  • Experience in monitoring contract performance, renewals, and RFx processes

  • Familiarity with value chain sustainability and ESG programs, including supplier diversity initiatives and supporting tools

  • Experience developing and implementing social and environmental standards or procedures

  • Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and data mining

  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers at operational and executive levels

  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills

  • Ability to build trust-based, collaborative partnerships across functions

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time while working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangements

How You'll Be Rewarded

Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00

A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
