What You Need to Know

About the Role
You'll lead a team ofover 100 healthcare professionals across our entire Lombard marketto ensure patients get the compassionate care they need during one of life's most difficult journeys. Your team will develop relationships withandprovide patients and families with the care and guidance they need forend-of-lifecare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee allbranch operations, which includes both home visits and the local inpatient unit
  • Serveas a business operations expert forboth home based and inpatient hospice facility
  • Ensure effective use of resources using P&L information,census numbers, and staffing levels
  • Lead culture initiatives to ensure a healthy working environment for yourteamleaders and team
  • Conduct back-to-bedside visitsto keep you in touch with your team's experiences
  • Partner with Hospice Care Consultants and team leads to nurture referral relationships
  • Serve as a community advocate, keeping AccentCare held in high regard
  • Review business operationsreporttohelp improve processes forthesite

Qualifications

  • Illinois RN licenserequired
  • At leastoneyear of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program;twoor more years' experiencepreferred
  • Experience inbusinessand fiscal functions in a health care settingpreferred
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
