ATG STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Staff Accountant

This role is responsible for performing general Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities related to customer invoicing, revenue recognition, project accounting, credit memos, cash application, and customer collections. The position works closely with management and ATSG Accounting to collect, verify, and maintain accurate accounting records. Additional responsibilities include preparing journal entries, maintaining customer and vendor accounts, and performing account analyses to support the Accounting Department in producing timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SOX requirements.

Required Job Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience within an accounting department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automated accounting software systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and problemsolving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications

The position requires a degree in Audit or Finance, along with prior experience using Oracle Fusion Cloud accounting software.
