As an Analyst in the Data Management & Reporting team in the Safety Policy & Programs group within NY SHE, you will work to ensure accuracy and quality of safety incident and injury data to provide relevant and up to date information to support the organization in managing safety decision making. Collect and analyze data to report on Occupational Safety in alignment with company policies and programs while working closely with key stakeholders to gain insight to define reporting requirements and process improvements. Identify, design, implement and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to provide insights for the business to improve safety performance, administer safety data management through our incident management system, and support benchmarking efforts and compliance requirements. Drive the development and implementation of internal and external awareness communications and stakeholder engagement to engage, educate and foster working relationships within the company. Salary: $116,000.00 - $136,000.00 USD annually National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
