Position Summary

Clearway Health is seeking a Data Analyst to support the preparation, validation, and submission of medication delivery data for our clients and partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of daily data submissions that support patient care, operational reporting, and client commitments. The Data Analyst will actively monitor incoming client data, perform quality checks, identify and escalate data issues, and collaborate closely with the Data Director and Data Engineering team to ensure data pipelines and ETL processes are functioning as expected. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of healthcare operations, data quality, and technical problem-solving.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Data Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor daily client data submissions
  • Validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency of incoming data.
  • Perform routine data quality checks and reconciliations.
  • Identify missing, late, or erroneous data and escalate issues promptly.

Reporting & Submissions

  • Prepare and support scheduled and ad hoc reports for internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure data submissions meet required formats, standards, and timelines.
    Assist in ongoing improvements to reporting processes and data validation workflows.

Issue Management & Escalation

  • Track data submission failures or anomalies.
  • Communicate issues clearly to internal stakeholders and clients when appropriate.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to troubleshoot pipeline or ETL-related issues.
  • Support testing and validation of new data sources, pipelines, and reporting enhancements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience:

  • Experience reviewing, validating, and manipulating datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and operational reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, especially around data issues and escalation.

This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Clearway Health. The current annual compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000. The actual rate within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors.
