Job Description

The Proposal Writer supports the full lifecycle of proposal development for healthcare solutions opportunities across federal, state, and local government sectors. This role collaborates closely with Operations, Strategic Development, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and small business partners to develop highquality, compliant, and compelling proposal responses that effectively demonstrate the organization's capabilities, past performance, and value to government clients.

Position Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience writing or coordinating proposals within government contracting, preferably in healthcare solutions, healthcare services, or professional services programs.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and teaming partners in proposal development efforts.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state solicitation structures, proposal compliance requirements, and evaluation criteria.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and analytical skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling narratives.
