TITLE Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Operations JOB SUMMARY The Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Operations supports enrollment-related initiatives through hands-on project management, data analysis, and operational coordination. This role is responsible for executing assigned special projects by translating enrollment priorities into defined tasks, timelines, and performance measures, and by monitoring progress to ensure timely completion. The Manager applies data and process analysis to identify operational gaps, improve efficiency, and provide practical insights to support leadership decision-making. Working collaboratively across the Enrollment Division and with University partners, the position ensures initiatives are implemented consistently and aligned with established goals and operational standards. Work is performed under general direction and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures. ADDITIONAL DUTIES Performs other duties as requested. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree required in business, public administration, higher education administration, data analytics, or a related field. EXPERIENCE Minimum of three (3) years professional experience in strategic initiatives, operational planning, project management, enrollment-related functions, or a comparable operational role. Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking deliverables, and supporting execution of process or operational changes using data and reporting tools. Experience in higher education preferred. REQUIREMENTS Regular and reliable attendance at the University during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.
