Vice President, Technology
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) 3 or 4 days in office CLT Near Uptown Company Overview A private equity-backed platform company (and the IDEAL CANDIDATE will come with prior P.E. Roll-up experience) focused on improving the performance, reliability, and efficiency of the built environment is seeking a Vice President of Technology & Infrastructure. The organization operates through a growing network of 40+ operating companies across the U.S. With continued growth through both acquisition and organic expansion, technology plays a critical role in driving operational consistency, integration speed, cybersecurity, and scalable infrastructure across the enterprise. The Opportunity The Vice President, Technology & Infrastructure, will build and lead a scalable IT organization supporting a distributed, multi-entity business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will drive enterprise technology strategy while ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations across the platform. This role requires a hands-on, execution-focused technology leader who can standardize systems, integrate acquisitions, manage external partners, and elevate IT into a strategic value-creation function within a private equity environment.
