Inviting applications for the role of Lead Solution Architect – SAP Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Lead Solution Architect – SAP (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to program and project manage team of Genpact SAP subject-matter experts. Architect, Plan and execute SAP ERP software projects and programs for integration of processes and SAP IT applications. Deploy Genpact’s SAP team for training client business and IT leads. Gather As-Is business processes and design To-Be business processes. Build the clients’ requirements in the technology stack. Integrate with internal client systems and third party systems. Plan and execute testing in newly designed software and processes. Migrate relevant data. Transition the clients’ personnel to the new systems and processes. Provide hyper care support while the system stabilizes. Manage the expectations of the client business teams. Manage the team and deliverables and ensure support for all the participants. Report on the progress and conduct of the project/program. Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a Engineering (all), Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $156,998 to $164,847 per year.
