About the Event

Are you ready to launch your career at the #1 AI CRM in the world? We are looking for driven, resilient, and curious individuals to join the Salesforce Sales Development organization.

This is an invitation-only event. We are screening for early in career candidates to participate in an exclusive virtual session on April 17th to learn more about Salesforce, our early careers Sales roles, and get hands-on preparation for the interview process. Attendees will be fast-tracked for interviews for our SDR-A and SDR positions.

The Opportunities

We are hiring for two strategic roles that serve as the foundation for a high-growth career in tech sales.

1. SDR Apprentice (SDR-A)

The Sales Development Representative Apprentice supports the Small and Medium Business team to drive operational excellence and sales development. This role focuses on leveraging Agentic AI and the Customer 360 platform to optimize lead flows and streamline workflows. You will develop the foundational skills and technical proficiency required to transition into a world-class Sales Development Representative.

2. Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify net-new business opportunities to drive growth for the world's #1 AI CRM. This role focuses on developing core sales skills and business acumen while working alongside industry leaders in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with prospects and committed to exceeding key performance metrics and sales quotas.

Eligibility Requirements

  • This event is by invitation only. If you are selected, you must be able to join our virtual event on April 17.

  • Must be able to start a full-time role between July and December 2026.

  • Previous internship or full-time experience in corporate sales or B2B software is a plus.

  • Experience or strong interest in AI-driven productivity and CRM tools.

The typical base salary range for this position is $58,200 - $69,225 annually There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $64,000 - $76,125 per year. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
