Job Description

Responsible for the daily receiving, stocking, and pulling of products for customer orders in a timely, accurate, and safe manner. This role ensures inventory is properly handled, stored, and prepared for delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Accurately read and follow pick sheets to select, palletize, and stage products for delivery or will call pick-up.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Verify incoming shipments by counting, sorting, and inspecting products.
  • Store inventory in designated locations based on product specifications and organization standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all received, shipped, damaged, or expired products.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
  • Perform effectively in high density storage environments, including narrow aisles, vertical racking, optimized slotting, and space efficient layouts.
  • Safely operate advanced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (e.g., reach trucks, order pickers, clamp trucks, high capacity forklifts) safely and precisely; maintain certifications and participate in ongoing equipment training.
  • Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing equipment and safety training.
  • Utilize warehouse systems, scanners, and software to manage workflow and inventory control.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times.
  • Ensure proper product rotation to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Inspect products to confirm they meet company quality standards.
  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
  • Identify and address workflow, inventory, or equipment issues proactively.
  • Adapt to new products, processes, and changing operational needs.
  • Support peak workloads, special projects, and overall business growth.
  • Work independently while consistently meeting performance, quality, and safety expectations.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivelant combination of education and experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures.
  • Must have or acquire forklift certification.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

  • This position requires regular and constant lifting/moving/pulling or pushing of 27-55 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
  • Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Required that all individuals have complete visual ability to minimize personal and property damage.



Work Environment



  • This job will be performed at the Kapolei, Hawaii location.

  • Varying temperature levels as product may be located in a cooler or on the warehouse floor.
  • Occasionally works in high, precarious places, and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, occasionally high due to multiple forklift horns or outside related environmental noises.
