The College of Health Sciences (CHS) - Department of Health Sciences (DHS) - Master of Health Administration (MHA) Program at the University of Missouri - Columbia (MU) is pleased to invite applicants for a Senior Student Service Coordinator position. Job Responsibilities: Carry out program marketing and student recruitment activities to generate applications for admission. Compile and distribute marketing materials to prospective students, alumni, employers, and health services professionals via mail, email, and in person at career fairs, alumni events, and professional meetings. Represent the Department and University at local, regional, and national recruitment and professional events. Provide student services support in a cross-training capacity, including advising of MHA students, assisting with course scheduling, supporting new student orientation, maintaining student records, continuing student advising after matriculation, and planning graduation and alumni events. Coordinate the Alumni-Student Mentoring Program. Plan and coordinate the Mizzou Healthcare Leadership Symposium, including logistics, communications, and coordination with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners. Prepare and manage the student services travel budget. Assist with placement and budgeting for graduate research assistant positions, out-of-state tuition waivers, and other financial aid. Track and update post-graduation contact information. Provide support for the MHA Alumni Association and for all alumni-related activities of the MHA program, including serving as staff representative to the MU Alumni Association. Serve as liaison to the MHA Advisory Board and plan and coordinate all related meetings and functions. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Department of Health Sciences and the MHA program. Shift
8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday with occasional travel outside of normal business hours. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Application Materials
