Job Description




Allied Universal is hiring a Compliance Manager - International. The Compliance Manager - International is responsible for implementing and managing compliance programs and processes for US Government (USG) contracts outside of the United States. Working with Executive Leadership and Legal Services, the Manager is responsible for ensuring all managers and supervisors involved with the delivery of service for USG programs complete annual ethics and other compliance training programs to ensure adherence to US Federal regulations. Additionally, the Manager will support other areas of contractual and corporate compliance including the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Service Contract Act, System for Award Management, GSA schedule, federal reporting, records management, and subcontractor oversight, training, privacy and safeguarding of sensitive information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Implement and oversee procedures and processes to assure compliance with US Federal regulations and law
  • Work with members of the US Embassy team and US Legal Department, interpret rules and regulations; analyze data and information; create innovative solutions to complex problems; synthesize facts, concepts, and principles; access and apply specialized knowledge
  • Engage country managers, managing directors and other regional objectives to ensure all compliance related objectives and programs are implemented, followed, and reviewed
  • Work with Chief Compliance Officer or designee to continuously improve training materials, training record capture and compliance metrics
  • Identify lead indicators to determine where posts/missions may need further compliance support
  • Write and design compliance programs/forms
  • Work with, develop and post paperwork that will meet and exceed all state, federal and company guidelines as needed to include assure registration and maintenance of SAM; draft and maintain JV and management agreements; maintain past performance
  • Ensure all new processes can be effectively operationalized and are implemented with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain compliance audit records and produce report findings
  • Maintain all contract changes associated with the USE program globally
  • Handle multiple demands as assigned of critical issues quickly and accurately; research, investigate, and compile information; motivate individuals and groups to submit needed back-up; design and implement action plans

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
    • High School diploma with a minimum of four (4) years of government contracting compliance experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of personnel and program management experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of government contracting experience - including, but not limited to: response to solicitations, federal procurement processes, contract compliance, auditing, and service delivery
  • Experience reading, understanding, and implementing contracts and contract provisions
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience working in the government sector as a Contracting Officer, Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer Representative
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Pay Rate: $75,000 t0 $84,000 per year
  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Enrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements

  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
