We're looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to accelerate growth, deepen customer partnerships, and expand our footprint in key industries. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution behind revenue growth-working with both existing OEM customers and new prospects to deliver tailored, high-value solutions. This isn't just sales-it's about building long-term partnerships, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering meaningful outcomes that drive both customer success and company performance. This position can be based in any of the following locations: Minneapolis, MN, Salt Lake City/Ogden, UT, Denver, CO, Buffalo, NY, Kalamazoo/Detroit, MI What You'll Do

Salary Description: $85,000 - $125,000 annual base DOQ This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus up to 50% of base pay, based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan. We are committed to providing pay ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.
