Posting Summary
The 2026 SAS EOF Summer Institute is looking for several Math and English faculty members to teach multiple 1-credit-hour courses to our first-year incoming SAS EOF Scholars.
Faculty selected will be required to attend Faculty Orientation on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the College Avenue Student Center. Brunch will be provided.
The 2026 SAS EOF Summer Institute will run from Monday, July 6, through Friday, July 31, 2026.


  • Preinstructional week: July 6-10, 2026

  • Classes begin: Monday, July 13, 2026

Location Details
For Summer 2026, the program will run for 4 weeks total. The first week (July 6-10) will serve as a Pre?Instructional Week, followed by three weeks of in?person classes beginning Monday, July 13 through Friday, July 31, 2026.
Pre-employment Screenings

Immunization Requirements

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Additional infection control and safety policies may apply. Prospective employees should speak with their hiring manager to determine which policies apply to the role or position for which they are applying. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain a medical or religious exemption from the University will result in rescission of a candidate's offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
