Genesis10 is currently seeking a UX Design Systems Content Strategist for our Global Agricultural & Food Corporation client located in Wayzata, MN. This position is hybrid in Wayzata, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $60.00 - $65.00 per Hour Description: This role focuses on the enablement and ongoing management of the documentation space for intake, content, and UX. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Figma libraries, overseeing user research, and helping to drive content and UX strategies for the client's corporate website. Responsibilities: Manage the documentation space (SharePoint) for intake, content, and UX Create and manage Figma libraries and resources Manage alignment and engagement with the UX Center of Excellence Manage user research, personas, and general research for the corporate website Enable UX support for content initiatives and consult with stakeholders Help drive existing and facilitate new content/UX strategies Support governed initiatives that impact other stakeholders Drive UX improvements for the website Support core information architecture needs and help align stakeholders on broader initiatives Requirements: 6+ years of experience in a hands-on UX or content strategy role Required previous experience working with this client's specific digital environment and platforms Desired skills: Experience managing documentation spaces in SharePoint Proficiency with Figma for creating and managing design libraries and resources Experience managing user research, persona development, and general research Strong understanding of information architecture principles If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
