Observe is hiring a Principal Technical Enablement & Learning Architect to design and scale a modern technical learning ecosystem that supports both internal teams and customers. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building learning systems that accelerate understanding, raise technical standards, and enable consistent, high-quality outcomes-internally and externally. You'll play a foundational role in shaping how Observe's platform, observability best practices, and real-world operating models are taught, learned, and applied across the organization and, where appropriate, leveraged to improve customer education and self-sufficiency.
