Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing leadership of construction managers and/or construction specialists assigned to Solar/BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects with a total installed value of $100 Million - $1 Billion. The Manager Construction is accountable to ensure project field success factors are met, including but not limited to scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration. The position serves as the unifying agent providing leadership, management, direction and coordination of construction specialists for Solar/BESS projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements of Duke Energy.
