Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Asset Specialist to join our team in Holland, MI.



As a Senior Digital Asset Specialist you will:



Lead the implementation and execution of comprehensive digital strategies. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness within the digital asset management system including asset lifecycle.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Solutions: Develop and implement digital marketing solutions to support business objectives and drive online growth.
  • Lead Digital Marketing Projects: Lead and manage complex digital marketing projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution.
  • Adhere to Digital Marketing Budgets: Work within digital marketing budgets, allocating resources strategically.
  • Assist in Developing Digital Marketing Policies and Procedures: Support the creation and maintenance of digital marketing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to drive digital marketing initiatives.
  • Provide Digital Marketing Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  • Stay Current of Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to recommend innovative and creative solutions.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Library Science, Information Science, Business, or similar field of study
  • 5 years direct experience in digital asset management with Bachelor's Degree OR (3 years related experience with Master's Degree)
  • Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
  • Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience applying AI tools and technologies within digital asset or information management workflows.
  • Proven experience implementing or supporting the rollout of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Data Asset Management system.
  • Strong ability to train, mentor, and coach teams on best practices for using the Data Asset Management system.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy, metadata consistency, spelling, and overall quality control.
