The Opportunity

Adobe.com is among the most frequently visited corporate websites globally. It serves as the main access point for the majority of our customers and plays a key role in Adobe's revenue generation. Partnering closely with members from Adobe.com, Creative teams, and Engineering, you will steer the strategic vision for Creativity products on Adobe.com.

You will be responsible for defining key opportunities based on data. You will collaborate with our Design, Content Publishing, and Engineering teams to develop innovative experiences for our customers. You will work with dedicated cross-functional teams to deliver product releases, optimize the site relentlessly, and ensure that projects accomplish their business goals.

What you'll do

  • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry guidelines to find opportunities to build innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences.

  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Product, Legal, and Customer Support to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new product ideas and innovations.

  • Develop use cases to prioritize on the roadmap. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to compose requirements and services. Determine the best technical method and schedule. Carefully balance quality, customer value, and timing.

  • Manage cross-functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery.

  • Define measurable goals and important metrics, set priorities and manage a backlog of features and functionality; work with engineering, development, and QE to meet those requirements.

  • Detailed understanding of business and product strategy to present and influence decision making of concepts, business rationale and key findings to collaborators and Sr. Director level.

What you'll need to succeed

  • MBA (preferred) or BA/BS with minimum of 5 years product management or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated experience in or a solid understanding of managing complete (end to end) life cycles.

  • Solid understanding of the business impact of product to drive revenue and increase customer retention and happiness.

  • Experience in detailing product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories.

  • Results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization and with partners.

  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In New York, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
