What to Expect The Optimus (Tesla Bot) team isseekinga highly experiencedSr.Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development of the Optimus hand hardware subsystem. This role will focus on driving the creation of a high-dexterity, mass-manufacturable hand for the Optimus humanoid robot, ensuring seamless integration across hardware engineering, firmware, controls, and AI manipulation teams. You will work closely with Global Sourcing, Supplier Industrialization, and Tesla suppliers to meet production demands, while driving escalations and resolutions for anyschedulerisks. In addition to exceptional organizational skills, you mustleveragestrong technicalexpertiseanddemonstratea working understanding of electromechanical systems, controls, testing, manufacturing, and assembly to guide cross-functional execution and mitigate technical challenges. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
