Year-Round IT Co-op

The Sherwin-Williams IT Co-Op program provides students with the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, while building their resume through practical work experience withing a Fortune 500 company. Long term availability preferred (at least 1 full year). Position hours are flexible, part-time (maximum 28 hours per week). This role will report to the Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

• Assist in managing and maintaining user stories, RICEs and RAIDs in Jira.
• Help ensure that project documents are up-to-date and organized.
• Support the team in conducting research, gathering data, and performing tasks.
• Assist in system testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and results
• Assist in organizing and scheduling project related meetings.
• Assist in the consolidation and conversion data files from various sources into a standardized format.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be currently enrolled in a university or college degree program actively working towards a degree in IT or Business related field such as finance or supply chain, with a strong interest in IT and Digital Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Coursework or working knowledge of SQL

• Rising Junior or Senior preferred.
