In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:

This Cycle Counter role is responsible for maintaining Cycle Count Program and other duties as assigned by Materials Manager. Specifically, you'll:




  • Charged with the responsibility of defining obstacles and aid in creating solutions concerning safety, identifying safety hazards, and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork daily including necessary computer transactions using proper forms and procedures dealing with inventory movement through department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and verify component quantities against system data.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and effectively troubleshoot variances or data errors.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist in developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are completed accurately in the ERP system (e.g., adjustments, receipts, transfers).
  • Monitor material flow within the warehouse and production areas to identify potential issues affecting inventory accuracy.
  • Support audits by providing documentation, explaining variances, and maintaining organized inventory records.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to resolve material shortages or location issues.
  • Follow company safety practices and procedures to provide a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Obtain forklift certification, operate fork trucks in a safe and efficient manner to move material.
  • Assist Logistics Coordinator unloading trucks and moving stock to proper locations.
  • Perform all other duties, as required, to meet customer and company quality and productivity needs



Experience and requirements:
You're a curious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences. You also have:




  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Working knowledge ERP/MRP systems.


    • Experience with Infor Styeline is a plus.


  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
  • Proficient in Excel, strong data analysis, and problem solving.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.


  • Self-directed with ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
