Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for an Sr. Account Manager to join our team onsite in Sacramento, CA. The Sr. Account Manager role primarily serves as the owner of account success. This position is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and revenue optimization by proactively managing the client relationship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate business across multiple facilities to ensure efficient and effective execution of customer objectives.
  • Partner with internal resources to execute work across a national footprint of facilities. This will include daily communication around status, expectations and incoming projects.
  • Collaborate with representatives from Operations, Sales, Leadership and Support to ensure alignment on desired customer outcomes.
  • Provide proactive communication to our customers through daily interaction, reporting, business reviews and innovative product offerings.
  • Effectively translate customer expectations and requirements to internal, executable standards. This will include production support needed and delivery timelines.
  • Accept full ownership of service levels and the communication of these levels, both internally and externally.
  • Utilize market and industry expertise to present innovative ideas to meet client needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance by delivering critical business insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecast, quotes, or negotiations.
  • Manage business to an established revenue retention target and partner with sales to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with our strategic accounts by developing trust and partnership.

You Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes and deliver results
  • Skilled at translating business opportunities and converting project plans into actions and outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and work cross functionally
  • Continual focus on process improvement to drive business results
  • Proficiency in MS suite of apps (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Power Point)
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, tasks, and clients
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
