Position Summary:

The Guard Site Assistant Manager (GSAM) assists the Guard Site Manager in the performance of his/her duties and executes the duties of the Guard Site Manager in his/her absence. GSAM may be required to act as Guard Site Manager when s/he is off-duty or unavailable. Perform supporting managerial duties as directed by the Guard Site Manager. Oversee and manage guard force deployment and training activities. Interfaces directly with US Government supervisory personnel and acts as guard force leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct guard operations on a daily basis under direction of Guard Site Manager
  
• Ensure that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all post and general orders
  
• Coordinate with PRS leadership
  
• Oversight and management of direct reports and leadership of in-direct reports
