As Human Resources Coordinator, you will:
* Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including payroll, recruiting, hiring, and employee engagement and retention
* Support department managers with personnel matters and team development
* Ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied in all situations
* Recruit, pre-screen, hire, and onboard new employees
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment

The ideal candidate will have:
* Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in HR, Business, or related field (professional experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree)
* 2+ years of HR/Payroll experience required (healthcare preferred)
* Prior HR/Payroll experience in skilled nursing strongly preferred
* PHR/SPHR certification a plus
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
