Tessera is seeking a motivated and hard working Operations Supervisor with a positive/helpful attitude. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including both domestic and international shipments. Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and required international documentation in compliance with regulations. Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and promptly report discrepancies. Coordinate and support light product assembly, kitting, and packaging operations. Train, supervise, and support warehouse and assembly staff; assign and prioritize daily tasks. Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine cycle counts and inventory tracking systems. Order and manage parts, materials, components, and warehouse supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment aligned with company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment issues in a timely manner. Monitor warehouse equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure proper operation and readiness. Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of workplace safety. 2 - 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment operations. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures and documentation Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required. High level of order accuracy and commitment to quality control. Experience with inventory tracking systems and basic warehouse technology. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. All other duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required. 2 - 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or operational roles. 1 + year of lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience. Experience with inventory management systems.
Physical Requirements: Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties. Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required. Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
Requirements:
A valid state driver's license is preferred with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance.
