Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The ERM Team Member willassisttheEnvironmental Supervisor in the daily monitoring of lagoons and lagoon levels.Assistsin the maintenance of equipment associated with the lagoons such as sprinklers,pumpsand motors.

RESPONSIBILITIES& TASKS



  • Assistcoordinators in pumping procedures including paperwork and scheduling.
  • Oversee routine maintenance on companyequipment
  • Apply extensive knowledge on sprinkler system and troubleshooting on irrigation motors.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and knowledge on smallmotors
  • Setup pumping equipment including but not limited to movingpipe, setting up risers, setting up reel rains and motors.
  • Preform soil,waterand lagoon effluent samplingat companysites
  • Operate machinery forsolids separation and compostprocess.



REQUIREMENTS



  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or1-3months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos preferred.Ability to write simple correspondence preferred.
  • Bilingual,Spanishand English preferred but not necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR)required
