Research Technician

Job Title: Research Technician
Location: Richmond, VA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* The general requirements for this role are quite specific: candidates should not have allergies to insects, must be comfortable lifting cases of tobacco, and should have no issues working directly with insects.

* Experience using a microscope to count insect eggs is essential, and it's important that the candidate is comfortable working with cigarettes.

* To make this opportunity even more valuable, we could consider enhancing the role by incorporating partial responsibilities from other areas within the CRT, such as the analytical lab, microlab, and greenhouse.

* By adding these additional requirements, the contractor would gain flexibility, allowing them to assist in other areas on days when entomology lab work is lighter.
