What You'll Do
As an Industrial Electrician, you are a critical part of keeping our production running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Responsibilities include:
- Installing, repairing, and performing preventative and predictive maintenance on plant electrical systems
- Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and control system issues supporting production
- Working closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Supporting new equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with PMs and responding to critical electrical breakdowns (oncall as needed)
- Operating maintenance equipment at a beginner level (welders, presses, grinders, power tools)
- Helping maintain a safe, clean environment for consistent, quality food production
What We're Looking For
Preferred experience and qualifications:
- 5+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Current electrical license (preferred)
- AAS degree in Industrial Electrical Maintenance (preferred)
- Working knowledge of:
- Electrical systems and electronics
- Industrial motor control and instrumentation
- VFDs, PLCs, HMIs
- CAD systems
- Ethernet networks and industrial communications
