POSITION SCOPE

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the organization by managing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This individual will support multiple departments and perform work on a variety of project-based tasks, as well as assist departments when additional help is needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES



  • Scan/File work orders on the computer-based program
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects
  • Assist with Administrative duties
  • Assist with receptionist duties including answering/routing calls, and greeting visitors
  • Work cooperatively with other employees
  • Maintain strict confidentially
  • Perform other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software is required
  • Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of tasks is important in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and Reliability
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is often required
