Job Objective: Safely operate napper, move material between work areas, maintain quality standards and clean work area. Accurately complete necessary paperwork and transfer jobs in Oracle as required. Complete other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager. Follow standard operating procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. Operate napper (Tandem and Single) and industrial sewing machine. Perform minor maintenance. Move materials between processes. Differentiate fabric styles and types. Adjust napper settings as needed to stay within quality standards.

Job Qualifications:
Ability to be certified to complete lockout / tagout operations and to complete Hazardous communications training. Ability to read and interpret written instructions and to accurately complete basic paperwork and data entry. Wear hearing protection. Good dexterity and hand eye coordination. Three to six months experience operating basic machinery. Previous textile experience is a plus.
