Industrial Maintenance Technician - 24/7 Manufacturing

Pay: Starting at $27.00/hour

We are hiring a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal production uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic PLC issues to minimize downtime
• Execute preventative maintenance programs including inspections, lubrication, and filter changes
• Repair and replace motors, pumps, and critical components
• Support installation and maintenance of electromechanical systems
• Document maintenance activities using SAP/CMMS systems for accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with maintenance tools, diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with PLCs and motor control systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or on a team
• Basic welding and fabrication experience is a plus

Work Environment:

This position operates in a 24/7 industrial setting with rotating 12-hour shifts and potential overtime. The role requires physical activity and exposure to typical manufacturing conditions.
