• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role with attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/inventory management systems.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a reliable & steady manner. Handle issues professionally and logically with a focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Enter, verify, and update customer orders in FileMaker and vendor systems for accuracy.
• Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact to handle inquiries, address timely issues, and provide shipping status updates.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation, shipping, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory & Documentation: Monitor stock levels, process invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Administrative Support: Prepare price quotes, manage filing systems, and assist with general office tasks.
