Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations - Analyst (Avature)

Location: Richardson TX (Remote)

Duration: 12 Months - C2H

JOB SUMMARY

* An experienced TA Operations Analyst is required to play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition technology platform (Avature).

* TA Operations Analyst will work closely with People teams, TA Team and TA Operation support all TA technology platform queries.

* This role requires understanding end to end recruiting process and provide advice on how to improve using technology and streamlining processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Solid experience as a System Administrator in Technology platforms (Avature and/or other similar SAAS Talent Acquisitions technologies)

* Provide first level operational support for Avature related queries

* Analyse the usage of various technology platforms and assist with the associated subscription administration.

* Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to improve process & improve technology utilisation / adoption

* Support change/enhancement projects with testing, training and documentation

* Conduct process mapping as required using MS Visio

* Extracting reports from Avature as needed

* Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations as requested

* Ad hoc administrative support as required

EXPERIENCE

* Significant background experience in recruitment, in depth knowledge of recruiting process

* Solid experience as a System Administrator (Avature) with experience in configuration (Avature Certified Admin desirable)

* We would consider applicants who have significant experience as a system Administrator with other TA platforms (EG Workday Recruiting, Success Factors, Smart Recruiters, iCIMs)

* Ability to run meetings & build relationships with key stakeholders across region

* Ability to effectively present information

* Solutions focused, proactive team player, organized and efficient

* Ability to establish and maintain work priorities in support of multiple team members

* Proficient in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Years of Experience:

At least 2 years specific experience with Data analysis. The manager is not looking for a recruiter who wants to make the move into this type of role.
