Grinding Engineer Manufacturing ROLE SYNOPSIS Manufacturing engineers work to support infrastructure-wear components manufacturing operations, enabling production performance that is viable in terms of cost, quality, and delivery, while meeting industrial health, safety, and environmental standards. The scope of responsibilities for manufacturing engineering includes the following areas of plant operation: press tool manufacturing, pressing, sintering, inspection, grinding, machining, edge preparation, polishing, surface preparation including washing and blasting, identification, and packaging. Theprimary focus will be in operations related to the Centerless Grinding, Surface Grinding, and Cylindrical Grinding, process lines. This position will identify opportunities and improve processes through the application of new equipment and systems, improved programming techniques, process evaluation/improvements, material handling, and other engineering-related areas. This position will report directly to the Engineering Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
