About the Role

• Assist with the development of long-range supply plans for Shareholder filled goods and distribution requirements and services.
• Oversee the master production schedule.
• Communicate supply plans with Filling, Transportation, Marketing, and Materials Management.
• Assist Operations in the development of capital needs that will support the demand plans.
• Oversee the planning system parameters.
• Provide measurement tools and data to measure performance of production plans to actual.
• Oversee the successful execution of the weekly production plans by the facility schedulers/planners.
• Work with other functional areas to support Distribution and Company goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Five plus years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics, Inventory Control, Production Scheduling, Forecasting or related field is needed, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of JD Edwards or related ERP Planning Software systems.
• Must have strong knowledge of planning software (MPS/MRP/DRP) and planning best practices.
• Direct experience in employee supervision is helpful.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, communication, and planning skills.
• Direct experience in supervising employees is necessary.

• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
